Our guarantee is simple and absolute. You do not owe us a cent unless you are completely satisfied with the final product. If you are not totally pleased, we will make a reasonable effort to satisfy you; but you can cancel the project at any time for any reason prior to payment without inccuring any financial obligation.

As we begin construction of your website, we will install it on our server so that you can view it's ongoing progress and let us know your likes and dislikes. When it is finished and has met your final approval, we will install it onto a server of your choice with its own domain name.

There will be no hassle from us if you choose to cancel and not pay. We really do not need the money and we certainly do not want it if you are not completely satisfied with our product.

In the case of unusually large projects we may break its construction into smaller increments and request payment as each component is completed. Also, once payment is made — there are no refunds. We also retain the right to cancel the project at any time if we determine that it is not in our best interests to continue.

Bottom line — You either get what you want, or you don't pay anything. You can't lose and you take no risk. Yes, we're willing to put that in writing to you.
